100% Achievements Guide

This guide includes explanations and help to get each and every achievements on Steam.
Be aware you might get spoiled reading through this guide.

Welcome to my guide.
My goal is to help you get all the achievements on Steam, and not the in-game 100%.
Please note that there are no missable achievements! This is why I recommend that you play the story at your own pace and worry about the achievements after you finish it.

/!\ I'm not pretentious enough to rewrite a detailed guide for every achievement. Very talented people have done it before me. I want to bring together all the resources available, to work towards 100% achievements, in one place.

Don't hesitate to use CTRL + F to look for a specific achievement.

Be aware that most achievements will be unlocked on Steam when you get the in-game pop-up referring to the specific achievement. So for instance, if you're in a menu and you do something to get an achievement, you have to leave the menu to get the pop-up and the Steam achievement.

Main Story Quest Achievements

Coming of Age
Awarded for completing the coming of age ceremony atop Cobblestone Tor.


Echoes of an Elusive Age
Awarded for solving the myriad mysteries of Erdrea.

There are 31 story-related achievements from Coming of Age to Echoes of an Elusive Age that you'll get just by doing the Main Story.

If you're stuck against the last boss, here's a video explaining the Last Boss' weaknesses to help you beat it. I recommend leveling your characters to 99 and gearing them up, because there will be several fights harder than this one later on.

Fun-Size Forge

Big Hitter
Awarded for crafting a +3 piece of equipment on the Fun-Size Forge.

As you progress in the game, you'll have more and more Flourishes to work with in order to craft a +3 piece of equipment. Try some early crafts that are easier to get to perfect.


My recommended opener would be using Sizzly Puff into, depending on the item you are working on, either Double-Edged Bash or Quadrabash. Double Whammy and Triple Whammy are very good for equipments that have a big gauge to fill. And finally Lightning Bash. And don't forget to use the Inspiration Strikes. Hephaestus' Flame is a guaranted critical hit on your next strike. This will take you to a yellow gauge very easily!


Forging Ahead
Awarded for crafting 10 items on the Fun-Size Forge.


If At First You Don't Succeed
Awarded for reworking 10 items on the Fun-Size Forge.

Next-Level Luminary
Awarded for mastering the way of the Luminary.


Master Thief
Awarded for mastering the way of the thief.


Flawless Sorceress
Awarded for mastering the way of the wizard.


Virtuoso Healer
Awarded for mastering the way of the healer.


Megastar
Awarded for mastering the way of the entertainer.


Venerable Elder
Awarded for mastering the way of the sage.


Undisputed Champion
Awarded for mastering the way of the martial artist.


Knight Exemplar
Awarded for mastering the way of the knight.

Here's the method I used to get all my allies to level 99.

Please note that Jade should use Lightning Thrust instead of Thunder Thrust. It has a higher chance to hit the target.

In short:
• Get Critical Claim in Erik's Character Builder.
• Get Jade's Lightning Thrust in her Character Builder.
• Get the Pep Up nodes for the Hero. It allows him to instantly get into pep state.
• Bonus: Get the Pep Chance node for Hero, Erik, Jade and Sylvando in the Character Builder.
• In battle, get the Hero, Jade and Erik pepped up and use the pep power Haulellujah.
• Get the Hero, Jade and Sylvando pepped up and use the Electro Light pep power.
• Kill metal slimes with Critical Claim and Lightning Thrust.

Chef de Classe de Médailles

Chef de Classe de Médailles
Awarded for completing the third page of your album de médailles.


You can use Erik's Nose for Treasure in most zones. There are a lot of chests with medals inside.

Otherwise, there are several farming methods you can find on Youtube but here's one I recommend.

If Erik's maxed out, there's no need for the gloves.

Swordsmith of Light

Swordsmith of Light
Awarded for crafting the finest of all weapons on the Fun-Size Forge.

To get this sword is truly a hardship. So we'll get each step detailed.
First and foremost, you'll have to get the recipe.

When beating Drustan's Labyrinth, you have to chose I wish I had a super powerful weapon! in order to get the recipe. Don't worry, you'll be able to get all the other wishes by finishing the trial multiple times.

Here are the materials you'll need to gather to craft the Supreme Sword of Light.


• Sword of Light
Not to be mistaken with the Super Sword of Light. We'll have to make a new Sword of Light. Head to Hotto, to finish the storyline of the town if you haven't already. Miko will ask you to find the Lumen Essence, which is located in the Disciple's Trial, in a chest.
Here is the location of the chest.


Now that we are in possession of the Lumen Essence, Miko will give you the Crucible Key, which is required in order to forge the Sword of Light.


Onto the Forging Hammer.
To Gallopolis! The Sultan has put the Forging Hammer as the first prize for the Platinum Cup. You got the gist of it: Win the race.


And finally, let's get some Orichalcum. It is located in The Battleground - Level B9.
Here's the path to get to it.

Let's go to The Crucible, near Hotto and forge the Sword of Light. One Ingredient down.

• Sword of Kings
Next is the Sword of Kings. In order to get this one, go to Hotto and talk to the man in front of the item shop up the left stairs. He asks you to bring him one Orichalcum to craft the Sword of Kings. You can repeat the step we saw just a few lines above to get your hand on some Orichalcum.

Once you gave it to him, Zoom to any campsite in the world, rest for the night and come back to Hotto. The item shop behind the man will sell a Sword of Kings for 35,000G. Get your hands on it.


• Crimsonite
You'll need 2 Crimsonite. There are multiple ways to get some. First, you can do some Horse Races.
You'll have to unlock the Black Cup by beating Drustan's Labyrinth and the chose I wish I could enter a top-level horse race! option.

What's left to do is go and beat the race multiple times. The first reward is a Recipe Book, but next rewards are Crimsonite.
There's also another way, by trading Serpent's Soul to Krystalinda in Sniflheim. Here's the way I farmed Serpent's Soul in you're interested in this method.

Drop is not 100% guaranteed but you'll get some Serpent's Soul pretty quickly.

• Über Agate of Evolution
2 Über Agate of Evolution are required for the craft. That's a pretty common item by the end of the game. There's plenty of them in chests, so you should already have some, but here's a way to farm them if you're in need.

You can also steal them from a monster called Squidzilla. It's the huge squid enemy you can encounter in the nothern sea area.

• Spectralite
We will need 2 of them, and good news: you can buy them in the Shop on the Trial Isle.


• Congratulations! It's time to craft your sword!
Don't worry if you fail the craft, you'll still get the sword and the achievement.


You can still rework the sword later on to get it to +3!

Quest to Impress (Side Quest)

Quest to Impress
Awarded for completing 40 quests.

Not to be confused with Tockles' quests which are not counted toward the Quest to Impress achievement.

Saviour of the Tockles' Scriptures

Awarded for saving all the worlds of the past from certain destruction.

If you missed some of them, here are the locations of the Tockles' Pastwords[www.rpgsite.net]. Thanks to RPG Site for this great ressource.

Now you got the achivement, but you've also unlocked the last Altar, with four new stages.


You'll have to clear them in order to get one of Serena's outfit. But we'll see that more in detail in the outfits section.

Ultimate Enlightenment

Ultimate Enlightenment
Awarded for overcoming the challenges of the Wheel of Harma.

You should get your characters to level 99 and gear them up for this one. It will make things way easier. You can try to enter the trials with your characters pepped up, but it's not mandatory.

The first trials should be a piece of cake. Here's a video from Youtube channel Gaming with Abyss showing the steps to beat all trials. Be sure to check, in the video, which characters he is using and which weapons are equiped. Try to use the same Abilities/Spells as the guy and you should be good.

- First Trial is at 0:18
- Second Trial is at 3:44
- Third Trial is at 7:44
- Fourth Trial is at 13:27
- Final Trial is at 20:03

Magic Moments

Magic Moments
Awarded for spending some quality time with a special someone.

In order to get this achievement, you will have to beat Drustan's Labyrinth and chose I wish I could pick someone to stay with me forever and ever!. Chose whoever you want, and go talk to them in Cobblestone, in your home. Decline their offer to rest and go on a walk with them.

Climb Cobblestone Tor, watch the cutscene and you'll get the achievement.

Puff-Puff Buff

Puff-Puff Buff
Awarded for experiencing the pleasure of the Puff-Puff in all its many forms.

1 • Hotto

The first lady can be found in the back of the steam baths in Hotto.

2 • Gallopolis

The second lady is located near the weapon and armor shops in Gallopolis.

3 • Gondolia

The third lady is in the northeast of Gondolia. You can access this part with a gondola.

4 • Octagonia Casino

The fourth woman is waiting near the entrance to the VIP Casino in Octagonia.
Please note that if you're still in the first act of the game she's located in the southeast part of Upper Octagonia!

5 • Octagonia Casino - VIP Area

The fifth one is located in the east of the VIP Area in Octagonia. She will be there after you defeat Booga.

6 • Phnom Nonh

The sixth lady is at the balcony on the second floor of the inn in Phnom Nonh.

7 • Sniflheim

The seventh lady is in Sniflheim, at the inn. She is hidden behind the front desk. Talk to her and she asks you to meet her at noon at the harbor bell. Go rest until noon, and head to the port to find her waiting in front of the bell.



8 • The Battleground - Level B9

The last woman is located at the position in the screenshot above at first, she will then ask you to follow her, to this second position.
You can access this zone by using Zoom to The Battleground (Campsite) and going down all the way down with the rope.

Dedicated Follower of Fashion

Dedicated Follower of Fashion
Awarded for collecting all appearance-altering equipment.

Hero's outifts

Cobblestone's Finest

Cobblestone Clobber: Can be found in the Hero's house during post-game.

The Fugitive

Traveller's Hood: Can be found in a closet in Gallopolis' Church.

The Saviour of the Sands

Gallopolitan Garb: Obtained by getting first place in Horse Race Silver Cup (Easy).

The Drasilian

Drasilian Helm & Armour: Crafted from Recipe Book: Dress Like a Drasilian. Can be found in the Ruins of Dundrasil (in the place you have to crawl).

Daddy's Boy

Irwin's Helm & Armour: Obtained by completing post-game events in the Ruins of Dundrasil.

The Parade Participant

Mardi Garb: Obtained through Story progression.

The Luminary of Legend

Erdwin's Coronet & Tunic: Can be obtained in The Luminary's Trial from two different chests.

Hotto Stuff

Wolf Dragon Armour: Purchasable from Hotto's Armour Shop after the town's events during Act 2.

The Trodain

Trodain Bandana & Togs: Obtained in the menu Misc. > System Settings > Claim Special Rewards.

Erik's outfits

The Swindler / The Spiky Swindler


Swindler's Scard & Stole: Crafted from recipe: Sweet Stuff for Swindlers. Reward of the quest Shiver Me Timbers.

The Swindler King / The Spiky Swindler King


Swindler King's Scarf & Stole: Crafted from Recipe obtained in Heliodor Dungeons.

The Corsair / The Coarse-Haired Corsair


Corsair's Cap: Golden Castle (Story related).
Corsair's Coat: Nautica's Shop once you can transform into a fish.

The Pirate King / The Prickly Pirate King


Pirate King's Cap: Post-game events in Lonalulu (Story related).
Pirate King's Coat: Purchased from Cobblestone once it's restored.

The Stone-Cold Killer

Assassin's Attire: Treasure chest on Insula Centralis (screenshot below) during post-game.

Miscellaneous

Worrywart
Awarded for taking extra-special care to ensure that everyone is 100% fighting fit at all times.


Use the "Heal All" option under the Misc. menu when your party's HP is already full.


Beast Blaster
Awarded for defeating 1000 monsters.


Peppy-Go-Lucky
Awarded for performing 25 pep powers.


If you didn't get this one during Main Quest and you're in a hurry, you can use Pep Pip or Pep Pop.. Otherwise, just use differents pep powers when your characters are boosted. You gain more of them through Main Quest and by unlocking Perks in the Character Builder.


Mount Olympian
Awarded for successfully riding six or more mountable monsters.


Expert Itemologist
Awarded for collecting 500 different types of item.

So I guess if you don't choose 'I wish I had a super powerful weapon' and you choose something else the option to wish for a super powerful weapon disappears because it disappeared when I selected the horse race first to unlock the forging hammer.

I got the Sword of Kings, Crimsonites, 3 Über Agate of Evolution, 8 Orichalcum, I gave the lumen essence to Miko and got the crucible key. The forging hammer is not listed as a reward in the black cup horse race for either difficulty.
