Better Military Sniper Reflections

A complete overhaul of the Military Sniper's texture and shader, with the key adjustments being the addition of an actual lens texture that was sampled from the Hunting Rifle, and bumpmaps which are tweaked by me. Reflections themselves should now be restricted to only the scope's lens, with the specular highlights adjusted on the gun model itself.

Can be used with Reshaded: Firearms as long as this mod has higher priority than the Reshade mod.
