Yes, the Red Alert series was a HUGE inspiration for this CC!
Confirmed, thank you for telling me
-The CC was conceived and mostly developed during before the new one was introduced
-As the leader of the country's resistance, it didn't make sense for the enemy factions to even consider diplomatic relations with the very country they're trying to militarily annex.
In other notes, yes, I plan to make an optional mode of this CC where the new diplomacy will be used. I believe some parts of the map may have to change though...
I'm gonna be honest, your concerns about enemy spawns are a recent problem that I've faced myself. I'm trying to figure out ways to solve it, but I'm starting to hit roadblocks here and there. No matter how much I change the material cap, the enemy just build on units until it fills up the global material cap.
If anybody has ideas, then I'm all ears
