Description
This is a lightweight mod that moves Propulsion techs to Physics and Strike Craft techs to Society to help balance out the tech load. It also adds an "Engineer" job to the Ministry of Production and the Consumer Good & Alloy building chains to help balance how much Engineering research is produced.
