@Archibald Try "Headcrab Takeover", it's the better version of headcrabs+. Also yes. It does work with any headcrab mod, as long as it doesn't add new npcs.

I have an idea for this mod, maybe make it spawn a zombie when you throw the headcrab on the NPC's head?
