Gear
The following will cover each item in game used by the ghost hunters. It will also include how to use each of them.
EMF Reader
The EMF Reader is a starter item used to gather the "EMF 5" evidence piece. To turn it on right click on it while it is on the ground or when it is in your hand, it will stay on when dropped allowing you to place it down. EMF Reader starts on 1 and will go up the more activity there is. If the EMF Reader hits 5 during a hunt it does not count. 2 mean small activity, 3 means decent activity, 4 means it may be about to hunt or is mad, 5 means 4 but with the evidence added. The EMF Reader will make a loud continuous beeping sound until it is turned off or goes back to level 1 when it goes to level 2 or above, each level being higher pitched than the other.

Dots Projector
The Dots Projector is another starter gear, used to get the "D.O.T.S. Projector." evidence. The dots projector will make ghosts who have the "D.O.T.S. Projector." evidence show under them, making a easy photo and evidence if you see them. To place the Dots Projector you need to press F on a wall inside the house and it will be placed and have green dots come out of it.

Ghost Writing Book
The Ghost Writing Book is a starter item used by the ghost hunters to get the "Ghost Writing" evidence. When picked up, look at where you want to place it and press F. Or press G to drop it onto the ground. If a ghost writes in it, both pages will be full with writing or drawings.

The Ghost Writing Book costs 40$.

Spirit Box
The Spirit Box is a starter item used by the ghost hunters to get the "Spirit Box" evidence. To use it you must hold it in your hand and turn it on with right mouse button, or turn it on when it's on the ground with left mouse button. Then you need to have a mic and hold v (unless you don't have push to talk) and say a working phrase. A few working phrases are: "How old are you?" "Where are you?" "Are you friendly?" "Are you close?" "Are you near?" "Are you far?" "Are you old?" "Are you here?" There are a few more but there is no need for most of them. You only need one to confirm spirit box.

Video Camera & Tripods
The Video Camera is a starter item used by the ghost hunters to get the "Ghost Orbs" evidence. To use it you have to walk outside the van and it will automatically turn on, then you need to walk to the ghost room and either looks around from inside holding the camera and pressing right mouse button to turn night vision on and look for orbs that appear on the camera screen while in the ghost room.
You can use the camera when it is placed by going into the van and using the computer in there, press on the keyboard to toggle nightvision and the mouse to toggle camera.
NOTE: It must be dark for it to work.

The Tripod is a bought item used by the ghost hunters to be able to place the Video Camera more efficiently. To place a camera in it look at the tripod and press F. The tripod will drop if you swap to a different item. Press G and look at the direction you want the camera to face to place it.

The UV Light
The UV Light is a starter item used by the ghost hunters to find the "Fingerprints" evidence. To use it turn it on like any other flashlight, right mouse button, and then sweep, doors, closet doors, windows, and light switches to find fingersprints and handprints. It can find footprints when the ghost steps in Salt, but footprints to not count to the "Fingerprints" evidence.

The Flashlight
The Flashlight is a starter item used by the ghost hunters to see, to use it turn it on with right mouse button or, to put it on your shoulder press T while a different item is in your hand.

The Thermometer
The Thermometer is a item used by the ghost hunters to make getting the "Freezing Temperatures" evidence easier to get. If the thermometer detects a room below 10, it is most likely the ghost room. "Freezing Temperatures" evidence is when thermometer is below 0, it will also cause the player to breath out steam meaning that the "Freezing Temperatures" evidence can be gotten without the Thermometer. If the breaker is off, the thermometer will not give correct readings because the house is not heated, when the breaker is turned on it will take a bit to get correct temperatures.
NOTE: When on professional, the breaker starts off.

Photo Camera & Bone
The Photo Camera is a starter item to get the "Dirty Water" and "Ghost Picture" objectives. It can also be used on things such as Fingerprints, Ghost Writing Books with writing in them, Dead bodies (not on professional) to give insurance money to who died, and a few other interactions. You can have a max of 3 cameras, each having 5 shots giving a total of 15. Only 10 can be used, the extra five will count to objectives, though. To turn it on, walk out of the van.

The bone is a item that spawns randomly in the map, taking a photo of it then picking it up will give you money.

Salt
Salt is a item used for the "Get a ghost to walk in salt" objective, it also reveals footprints for a little that can be seen with UV flashlight. When ghosts walk though it, it will show the pile being damaged.

Sanity Pills
Sanity Pills are used to restore the players sanity level by 40% per bottle, making the team sanity average go up so the ghost wont hunt as much. You loose sanity in the dark, when someone dies, and when someone sees the ghost.

Lighter, Candles, and Smudge Sticks.
The Lighter is used to activate 2 items, the Candles that act as a objective item to get the "Get a ghost to blow out candles" objective and it is a light source that wont go out until it dies from time or is blown out by the ghost. The candles can be reused over and over. Candles can also be found in the ghost map sometimes, normally the street houses. Smudge Sticks have different effects based on each ghost, but in general they are repel the ghost during a hunt when they are after you, giving you the "Repel a ghost with a Smudge Stick during a ghost hunt." objective and it is used for "Cleanse the ghost room with Smudge Sticks" objective. The Smudge Sticks last for a very short time, make it count. To turn on the Lighter press left mouse button and to use it on Candles press F with the light in hand, to light Smudge Sticks press F while holding the Smudge Sticks.

Crucifix
The Crucifix is a item used to get the objective "Prevent a ghost hunt with a Crucifix" and to prevent ghosts from hunting. They have 2 uses, before they are destroyed meaning they can prevent 2 hunts.

Head Mounted Camera
The Head Mounted Camera is a item that can be worn by pressing E on it, and F on the hook to put it back. While it is on someone, it will show their POV on the computer monitor. Works like a normal camera.

Glowstick
The Glowstick is a portable UV light that can be put on the ground, left mouse button to activate it. It will die after a little.

Motion Sensor & Sound Sensor
The Motion Sensor is used to get the "Detect the ghost's presence with a Motion Sensor." objective. It lights up when something moves infront of it. Press F on a wall to place it. Works in doorways. The motion sensor will show up on the map as a small red line.

The Sound Sensor is a item used to detect sound in a large area, press F on a wall to place it and look at the screen next to the map to see what it picks up. (it will pick up player noises.) The Sound Sensor shows up as a large yellow square on the map.

Parabolic Microphone
The Parabolic Microphone is used to pick up sounds from far away. Only picks up sounds from where you are pointing, picks up player sounds too. Press left mouse button to turn on.

Strong Flashlight
The Strong Flashlight is a item used to see, it is much like the normal flashlight but it is ALOT brighter. Better for bigger maps.

The Van
This next part will cover the van and it's uses.
The Computer
The Computer is used to view cameras, click on the mouse to change camera click the keyboard to toggle nightvison. The lamp on the left has the key under is used to access the house.

The 4 Monitors
Each different monitor has a different purpose, the one in the top left is the map that will show the layout of the house, if it has multiple floors there is a button to the left used to swap floors. It will also display motion sensors and sound sensors. The one in the top right shows how much sound the sound sensors you placed pick up, and will label what the area it is in is called. The one on the bottom left is the sanity monitor, it shows each players sanity and the overall sanity, the ghost is more aggressive based on the group sanity. On the bottom right shows ghost activity, it displays how active the ghost is. 9 is normally about to be hunt and 10 is normally a hunt.

The Whiteboard
The Whiteboard shows 3 random optional objectives used to get extra cash, along with the ghost name. It also will display if the ghost responds to groups or people alone unless you are in professional. It also displays the main objective to find what the ghost type is.

The Gear Storage
The Gear Storage shows all gear you brought with you, it is where you get all of your gear.

Van Keypad
The Van Keypad is how you will open the van door, and then leave after you have completed the round.

Maps
This next part will show every map.
Tanglewood Street House
Tanglewood Street House is the smallest map, it is also the tutorial map.

Red walls are windows, green walls are exits, green boxes with power symbols in them are breakers, and arrows lead to stairs.
