Description
Compatible with EU4 version 1.24.1.0

Global Tech gives all nations the western tech group, This makes the
game quite different especially for colonization, and nations that are isolated
tend to get ahead in technology.

Also changes governments for the following nations:

* All Native Americans get feudal monarchy. This is because they get a -100% tech cost when completing the native tech thingmaziger.
* Ming has feudal monarchy. This is because the celestial empire gives a nasty penalty that should disappear when westernization happens normally in the vanilla game. It takes one or two game months for the government to change.

These two things were added to avoid the problems with native americans getting the tech penalty / buff, and China never getting rid of the celestial empire penalties. They could both easily be something else by switching the event files. Is this really a problem, though? The mod is mostly a sandbox experiment I did to see what happens, and doesn't really have anything to do with reality.

Do natives and china really have feudal monarchy? It doesn't really fit. I would suggest, that the natives will become a tribal democracy, and China becomes a despotic monarchy.
