This is mostly vanilla so the workshop list is not needed.
This city had a death wave that I fixed by repairing the volume paths of the highways and their closest intersections.

I removed all the roundabouts and replace them with ideas I thought worked better. Almost every street is a dead end street. With that the city is 90K population and high 80% traffic flow. Dead end are incredibly beneficial to traffic flow and services.
This city has the school or "Education Facility" A cluster of schools built with student friendly path and bike way. The pathways to improve the usage of transit options is perhaps interesting.
Many lots may open as empty for I do have many home and industrial models that will need to be replace with vanilla ones.
