What is Open Fortress?
Open Fortress is a free and open-source Team Fortress 2 mod that aims to introduce new game modes, characters, story, and more to the existing TF2 universe. These additions, lovingly crafted by nearly a hundred contributors, build upon the iconic aesthetic of TF2, the gameplay features of other multiplayer FPS games, and the creativity and innovation of the Source engine modding community, with ideals of fun gameplay and maximum customisability at the fore.

mercenary only gets painted on skin 6, and his vest and stuff turns white

@GoodFishMan will this replace the tf2 mercs or retexture them? last time I got a mod with this stuff it conflicted with the tf2 mercs. also, does this have a Playermodel pack with it, I really want to play as the tfc models but other mods don't port them to well.
