Description
Add the weapon light sabre to the game, not to be mistaken for a lightsaber! Where to find:

Meitou is at Lord Nagata's house, on an NPC named "Genjo"
Weapon can be found all over, including blueprint
Weapon is often found on raiders (heavily on skeleton bandits)
