Hero Training

Description
Allows you to create Overland Jobs at Towns to train Heroes in various stats.

The following Stats are available for Training, and increment by +0.1 per training job.
  • Armor
  • Warding
  • Health
  • Bonus Damage
  • Spell Damage
  • Potency

Training is Temporary
Training doesn't persist in Legacy Heroes. The intent of Training is go get a character from Armor = 2.8 --> 3.0, which is usually a side effect of various aspects and equipment gained during a mission adding things like 0.3 and 0.5.

Training for small number Stats only
This is intended to get the small number stats bumped up to whole numbers so they are actually effective. If there's enough demand, I could make a mod to increase the other stats but they wouldn't benefit as much from spending time on them.

Simliar to cmd1095 I find the defensive training is bugged. i can however create jobs for bonus dmg, spell dmg, and potency.

The mod doesn't appear to be working properly for me. I try to create the job but it asks what stat I wanna train, I select "warding" and then it closes the menu and nothing happens, no selecting a hero, no stat increases provided. Not really a big concern since I can do without the quality of life change but

Can you make the stat boosts permanent?

"maybe a more extreme training event that give permanent stats instead of temporary? Please. is it possible to make the stat changes permanent and or also cost legacy points." My toughts exactly.

is it possible to make the stat changes permanent and or also cost legacy points. like the mod. its just weird to "train a hero and then they forget their training and lose stats "
