You're right Banana central is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to high of cost to ever be of use so it totally belongs where it is

some are overrated and some underrated. for example, the 3 tier 5 upgrades of the farm, the bank was more expensive than the wall street about 50k, but on average(since the money generated from the bank's ability is a cool down based, not round based), the bank can generate at least 10% more income (in late game, since u need more time for a round, u may use the ability each round and hence the bank can generate 100% more income) than the wall street. and the banana central was more expensive than the wall street about 60k with nearly 50% more income (about 2.5k) and give 25% income buff to all Banana Research Facility. indeed, the central is not as good as other 2 tier 5 since it's too expensive and its buff require other buildings to stack up(waste of space unlike the bank can exceed the value of wall street by itself), but it definitely not at the G tier as the list shows.

Update: Thank you for all the awards! Seeing the great support you have given me and my tier list is very inspirational and very cool.
I've been re-evaluating this tier list based on your valuable feedback (very cool!) and I might move Total Transformation (0-5-0 Alchemist) down a tier, but I'll need to do a bit more testing with it in-game before I make that change.

Pop and Awe is not even that good let alone be in S+ tier maybe F-C tier.
