I'm sure you're wondering "What is Map Destruction? I've never heard of that gamemode before." Well, that's because it's a brand new gamemode I've been tinkering with as of late.

The point of the gamemode is for Blue, the offensive team, to blow up red's base, each part at a time, with their handy dandy plastic explosives (Disclaimer: Right now these plastic explosives look exactly like the payload bomb), Whilst Red, trying to keep their base in one piece. You could say it's similar in concept to Counter Strike, please don't comment about this.

This Demo / Testrun shows off the 2 main mechanics, Map Destruction and Point Destruction. Map Destruction will open up new areas and flank routes, but is not required to win. Point destruction is required to win, and will also open up new areas. I'm hoping that this will make playing TF2 even more dynamic.

In this gamemode, you will need to protect the Marked for Death, unable to teleport and be ubered delivery boy, or, if you choose, be the delivery boy yourself by simply picking up the bomb.

How to play: Pick up the bomb and stand in the areas marked with hazard lines. In 5 seconds the Administrator will count down from 5, and after 1, the bomb will explode, and you will probably go with it, considering it's strapped to your back.
