Double Infinite Concrete

but double the size, and quadruple the AI Nodes!

Why?

Because in my pursuit to find the most efficient map possible I found... Gm_Infinite_Concrete.
HOWEVER! It was lacking in a few things so what did I do? Tried to contact the original author and asked if I could update it. They still haven't got back to me so just Shhhh! Keep it between you and me ;)

So now I have completely overhauled it,

1. it no longer downloads a custom skybox that turns gray if you look at it from high up and rather just uses a default skybox that looks better in my opinion.
   
2. The skybox's horizon no longer ends in a strange white wall and rather goes on for "infinity".
   
3. The floor of the map will no longer disappear in way that would make your eyes bleed if you look at it from too far.
   
4. AI nodes cover pretty much every surface possible, nearly hitting the limit. (Took me two days to node this concrete labyrinthine he77!)
   
5. Added water (has some underwater rendering bug sadly it's just how the source engine is if there's a lot of deep water.)
   
6. Doubled the map, literally.

Nevermind! Dynamic shadows work! (I think??) However prop shadows don't appear due to how the map is made. Lamp shadows work now though!
