while V2 does his intro you jump and toss a coin upward then punch it mid-air so the coin will directly aims at V2
right after you punch the coin run up to v2 and keep bouncing the coin on v2's head with your parry (As seen on GIF)

if you parry the coin 5 times you can skip the entire fight with V2 and move on to the next chapter
