Dejiko from the Di Gi Charat series. I don't really know much about this series, but I hope the people that do enjoy this addon.
According to Wikipedia, she's apparently the titular Di Gi Charat? That sounds like one of those fake meme lines about characters declaring themselves the title...

This model was ripped by the commissioner themselves.
The first three screenshots were also done by the commissioner.
