Precept Trait Enforcer Improved

Description
Precept Trait Enforcer - Improved!

This mod allows enforcing a specific trait as part of the players faction ideology. When a pawn is converted to that ideology, they'll automatically gain that trait

Step 1: Add Trait Enforcer precepts to your ideology
Step 2: Convert a pawn of a different ideology
Step 3: War crimes

Now newer and shinier with the ability to use custom or modded traits via mod settings

Features:
  • Enable any additional/modded traits via mod options
  • All starting pawn choices get the trait automatically using an additional trait slot
  • Gender specific trait assignment (though you can assign both genders the same trait)
  • Normal traits are skipped where there are conflicts (e.g. transhumanist to body purist, bloodlust on violence incapable pawns).
  • "Romance" traits are always applied.. except onto asexual pawns as they're meant to be a challenge with mood
  • Can be added mid-game - enable development mode to enable ideology editing, then add the trait enforcer precept

Notes:
  • Only applies to the player faction
  • You can safely install this whilst Precept Trait Enforcer is still installed (to migrate your precepts properly)
  • Can be safely added at any point
  • Can be safely removed (you'll get an error but its fine)

@leeh having raiders from certain factions keep remnants of their old ideology is the point, so I'm actually quite glad to hear that!

thank you for the expident response and for the mod itself.

@Catbot1310 Theres a mod setting for applying traits to non-player factions, but be aware they'll keep those traits even if converted to another ideo

If I add this to an NPC faction, will their members generate with the trait?

- updated to 1.6. Looks ok, but trait combinations can be odd so

Looking forward to it :)

It'll probably need a rebuild, I'll try and sort it this week sometime

Anyone know if this is working in 1.6? It's such a flavorful addition to Ideologies and I'd miss it.

Hrm the sexuality traits don't appear on the list of available, e.g. Asexual, Bisexual, Gay, etc. It sounds like this is an intended feature that should be available based on the mod description.

Any known conflicts or odd bits about these traits that could explain why they aren't available in the list?

Is there a way to add trait while changing precepts in a fluid ideoligion?
Converting every pawn to a different one just to convert them back afterwards and get that new trait is unnecessarily painful, not to mention is highly problematic without extra mods.
