Silly Ideas Compilation Overhaul (SICO)

Description
THIS IS LIKELY NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ANY OTHER MOD. SORRY.

Despite the title : This is first and foremost a rebalancing mod. It's not meant to add a ton of deep mechanics, mostly rework what was done by the game.

This is the poor attempt of a man with no talent and with INTresting ideas to make 3K slightly better, basically a compilation of some of my other mods + some of my weirder ideas.

This changes a lot of things that obviously I didn't keep track of but to name a few :
- Changes to ceos. This is not done completely so there are things that are going to be inconsistent. But I tried making something a bit better. (Emphasis on tried)
- Note : Whilst NAMED Unique Ancillaries such as "The Blue Blade" or the "Dragon Crescent Blade" are still Unique, the more "mundane" Unique Ancillaries (such as the Sworn Brothers dual swords or Guardian armor) should now be able to exist multiple times. This is to avoid the Han hoarding a lot of the unique ancillaries.

- Nanmans have now access to Han buildings if you do the Han reforms and their own buildings if you do the Nanman reforms.
- Bandits now have access to YT buildings rather than Han buildings for the most part. This gives them more option to play with.
- Fatigue penalty in Nanman land has been removed, Miasma buffed, Nanmans are now much more adept at fighting in forested areas (even without Miasma). Also if I'm not completely a donkey (debatable) the Nanmans should be able to Ambush attack in their lands.
- Yellow Turbans are now a bit closer to Shogun 2 Ikko Ikki. They typically will field bigger units than the Han but their base stats should be worse. However their generals/heroes typically buff them at a level higher than Han troops. Some units of the 190 YT have been given to the Jiang Bros.
- Bandits are the ultimate unit stealers, they obviously get too many units in the end but it gives them really special especially in the early game imho.

- Hero weapons power is down compared to Vanilla, Hero base health also was reduced (Note : perhaps not as much as it should be). Bows are now a valid ancillary option for Heroes as they get pretty much unlimited ammo, as far as I could tell the AI isn't going to take it if you shoot at them and the bow power didn't feel that high.
- Change to some abilities to try to apply the Wu Xing a bit more into the Heroes balance. For exemple an ability such as Unyielding Earth is now a passive rather than an active but with much less power.
- This includes a lot of Nerfs/Buffs/Tweaks to abilities with overall less Single Use abilities, however the power should be down overall with some exceptions (Xiahou Yuan Blazing Saddles is probably one of the strongest AoE buff in the game now...)
- Strategists are now able to duel and don't have the extreme debuffs they used to have.
- All Heroes now have Recovery at Rank 4 (however the ability has been severely nerfed, and it may get another nerf at some point)
- Units are now tied to General/Hero Level rather than Tech Tree (with an exception for the Bandits which kinda use both)
- Added some units to fill the gaps in the Han roster. (Warning : THEY USE A REGULAR UNIT CARD BECAUSE I SUCK AT MAKING UNIT CARDS) - (I'll also throw my thanks to Guv because I basically used his mod to figure out how to add new units, it may sound a bit silly because it's not like I use any of his assets but really : thank you)
- Changes to unit upkeep for something much more standardized > Tl;dr : overall it went down.
- Ranged units have been balanced so they retain their 1.6 killing power from a volley but with much slower reload rate. Also the nerf that I believe was intended for crossbows has now been moved from Crossbolts to Crossbows. (So yeah, Crossbolts are back to being viable I believe, and Crossbows are a bit harder to pull off, still plenty of power)
- No more Protectors of Heaven and Defenders of the Earth for the Han. These guys are now Bandit/YT units. (Han have Imperial units anyways)
- Speaking of which : no more ridiculous debuffs on the Imperial Units replenishment. (Liu Hong still gets a penalty at low level of Dynasty support)
- Cavalry speed is now dependant of the type of cavalry rather than the rider armor. This means that there is more incentive to upgrade cavalry units.
- Also high tier'd Cavalry units now have increased size and low tier'd Cavalry units now have decreased size.
- Nerfs to Impact Damage cap. (Don't let that fool you, cavalry is still really good)
- Many Melee weapons now have MUCH stronger bonuses vs Cavalry/Infantry/Large. (This is also true for General/Hero weapons, don't let the low damage profile of the Axe fool you, it has a pretty good bonus vs infantry)
- Higher tier'd units now benefit from an increase in Attack Rate / Reload Speed so upgrading really doesn't remove any stats.

- Changes to the AI bonuses depending on the handicap. They now get a bigger variety of campaign buffs but their battle bonuses have been removed. So you can enjoy the slightly better AI without the bonuses.
- Force March has been REMOVED.
- Character Salaries are now reduced early game
- Higher Faction Ranks now apply debuffs on the faction. Pay attention to that.
- Rework of some of the factions currencies. Sun Jian's doesn't decay anymore but takes much longer to stack up. Liu Bei now gets completely FREE militia infantry units thanks to his ceo but suffers from higher recruitment costs at the start of his campaign. Liu Hong Imperial Court effects also got some changes so it's not just "Yeet All the Eunuchs Simulator" and Lu Bu actually get some buffs to compensate the debuffs of his chaotic rule.
- Changes to the AI by tweaking some values and changing some of the victory condition provinces. As far as I could tell the AI is more aggressive now but not only toward the player. Didn't test at higher difficulty levels tho so can't really say how it goes in VH/Legendary.
- Changes to how the Population is handled. Cities do not cap the population as they used to (even the smallest backwater tier 1 city can house the max amount of population) but they now provide public order to compensate for the debuff population gives. (for exemple : Imperial City grants +30 Public Order which compensates for the -30 Public Order granted by the highest tier of population)
- Also worth to note : low population now gives certain debuffs. Watch out for that.
- Income from building is now linearly increasing, which means more money for more and better armies. (Because let's be honest the Peasantry was bad). This may go down eventually. Also some buildings have new or more powerful effects.
- Finally Prestige goals have been increased lategame. Except for the Bandits where they have been decreased.

I don't know if many people will play this or even find this interesting enough, especially because I'm not too talented and modifying the ceos kills the compatibility with the most popular mods (such as MTU). But I honestly had fun playing with this and it basically feels like Vanilla but with a slightly different flavor.

Feedback is always welcome, but I don't guarantee doing anything. I've been tinkering and thinking about this for a while now and I think I really need to take a break.

I'll try at some point, a bit burned out of 3K in general.

Hi. Can you do a stand-alone version of this. Wanted to do a Shamoke rp campaign where he integrated Han culture into the southern tribe as he becomes emperor. Was rather disappointed you cannot do that in vanilla.

Would really appreciate it if you could do that. Thanks!

Yeah, it's my very dirty overhaul. It's basically compatible with nothing (be it mine or from other people).

TBF I really need to update it but it should be playable enough, just... not polished at all.

Is this mod sort of like your 'dirty' overhaul that you personally play with? In other words, does this mod contain all of your mods together? If so, should I unsubscribe from all other mods to test this one?
