Sega Dreamcast BIOS Water (Animated)

Beschreibung
The background in the system menus on the dreamcast was a cool, undulating wave of water that loops.

Turns out it's rendered in real time, so I couldn't extract the image alone from the files. I emulated the BIOS in redream at 1080p equivalent, recorded footage of various menus within it, cropped visible sections of the background wave, and synched it up to a loop. Unfortunately, the clouds in the upper-half were not on a good loop. I ended up just removing them and masking them over with a gradient.

I'm sure there was a much more elegant way to do this, and maybe someone else can.

it gives me an error when I try to send it to my phone it gives me and error that reads "Mobile Usage Permission Required

The wallpaper cannot be exported to your mobile device because the wallpaper creator has to accept the latest Steam Workshop Subscriber Agreement first.

You can send the following link to the creator and ask them to review and accept the latest agreement, afterwards the wallpaper will become available for mobile devices:"
