Globally replaces the light pavement textures between the tram tracks with darker cobblestones, as is still used today at many tram systems.

Known issues:

- The type NEW track bed is designed for use with the usual roads with a smooth gray asphalt surface. With alternative colors or textures (e.g. red brick pavement), the subsurface will shine through. The transparency also occurs at normal intersections, but less visually noticeable.
