Game Settings:
Ok guys, after a lot of homework and many re-starts, I've think I've come up with the proper Settings (in my opinion) to enjoy Solasta to it's fullest.
I'm certainly no pro at this game, (but I've been a table-top Dungeon Master for over 40 years). Some people may think these settings are not "hard-core" or difficult enough. However, a lot of things work fine in table-top D&D but are annoying in video games and luckily we can easily turn them off. [also, I found that the best way to increase (or decrease) the difficulty is to simply adjust the Hit Points on monsters. Changing anything else, could cause serious repercussions in gameplay]
I'm a crummy graphic editor, yet I've posted screenshots of my settings here. If you're new to the game, or not having much fun, I recommend starting with these settings, then you can tweak them for yourself.
Remember, this is just my humble opinion, so please don't flame me, lol

In a nut shell, there are two main settings you should look for: it is recommened to turn OFF the need for a Spell Focus, it's annoying trying to juggle your Focus (and some custom dungeons don't even have them) and second, check the box for "Reroll Exploration Checks", so you can retry locked doors, chests and traps.

cool with the pictures but i think the more important question is why? why did you select the options like you did?
that would be a better explanation

This is a little out of date, some of the option screens look different now, but the jist of it is still the same.
