Anbennar IV Lite Compatability Patch

Description
A patch to ensure that you can use the extra idea group slots and ideas from IV Lite in Anbennar. Just place after Anbennar in the load order. DO NOT load IV Lite, or it will work improperly.

Update: I was informed that it actually breaks the Dwarves ability to form nations. Upon further inspection, it seemed the last version kept the event that gives tags their racial admin and militaries from firing. I've fixed it by trimming down things from IV Lite, so this is less of a patch and more of a replacement for IV Lite in Anbennar now.

I do not. It's been quite some time since I've played Anbennar, so I wouldn't even know what the current working mods are

Oh crap I am dumb, do you know of any others that add the additional buildings?

@Vurticus This is a compatibility patch for IV Lite, which only adds the ideas and doesn't add any of the other things from IV, like the buildings, government reforms, etc..

I feel dumb but I cant build the new fortifications from the Fortress Idea, is this a common issue and is there any solutions?

Ah, I wasn't aware there was an update. Haven't been able to play much EU4 in a while. I can get that updated though

Just wondering if you have plans to update to the newest version of Idea Variation? (Flogi reworked some idea groups)

@fbagocius This is for IV Lite, which only includes the idea groups and not the extra buildings. IV's full version is absolutely incompatible with Anbennar and beyond my skill to create a compatibility patch for

How do I build the additional fort buildings from Fortress Ideas (Fortified Keep, Fortress Baracks, ect.)? I remember they used to be in the building menu, but I dont see them anywhere after finishing the idea group.
