i got the attachable outcome to more or less do what i want it to do.
But some options to change the target and amount gained would still be appreciated.
I have a good 40 pawns and have the Psylink outcome attached to the annual winter orgy.
However on a great outcome i get 40 Psylinks now. Thats a bit much.
I want a middle ground, such that a good outcome gives a Level to one random participant.
And a great outcome gives a level to one random participant and an upgrade for each participant
that already has a Psylink.
