GENERAL QUALITY OF THE SHADOW
The quality of this setting mainly affects two things, the first - the edges of the shadows, the higher the quality you set the shadows will be less jagged. The second and most important - shadow drawing distance. Pay attention to the second screen. The moment you set the shadow quality to low or medium, you won't be able to see the terrorist shadow at the other end of the long on dust2 map. The shadow of the character will only be visible when you set the quality of the shadows to High, which I recommend that you do. Setting this quality to medium or higher will affect the amount of shadows shown, such as shadows of flying grenades.
MODEL / TEXTURE DETAILS
This setting affects the texture quality of character models, crates, barrels, etc. What you set here depends only on your preferences.
EFFECT DETAILS / SHADER DETAILS
There is a lot of controversy with the effect detail and shader detail, this setting affects several things. First of all - the quality of our skins, by setting this option to the highest, our skins will get shine, thanks to which they will look a bit better. The second thing is the effect of these options on the smoke of an exploding grenade or a burning Molotov. As you can see in the second comparison, the quality setting of this option has a tremendous effect on the amount of Molotov smoke that is left behind. By setting both of these options to the lowest setting, the smoke will be incredibly thick, making it harder for us to spot the enemy standing just before. By setting both of these options to the highest possible quality, it will simply reduce the amount of smoke, which will make it easier for you to spot your opponent. Importantly, the smoke density increases as we approach it. having these options set to High. If we want the smoke density at close range to be lower then we just have to set the quality to Low The third thing is the blur that appears in our sights in AWP, Scout etc. the higher the quality you set, the more blur in the viewfinder you will have.
MULTI-CORE RENDERING
Multicore rendering allows our CSGO to use more than one core of our processor. Disabling this option will be extremely disadvantageous to our game. Although everything here also depends on your CPU - in some cases this command increases FPS. You have to check how it works for you.
ANTI-ALIASING MODE (MULTISAMPLING)
Anti-aliasing mode, i.e. simply smoothing the edges, we have a lot of setting options, from x2 to x8. I personally hate when the edges are badly jagged, so I have this option set to x4, which is in the middle. What you set here depends only on you. I will add that this is the option that takes the FPS the most, so be careful with it, especially if you have weaker equipment.
TEXTURE FILTERING MODE
Texture filtering mode, which is simply the quality of textures in the game, it is not about models, but about things such as walls, sidewalks, etc. What you set here also depends only on you. This only affects the visual quality of the game, and of course the FPS when you have weaker equipment. I personally have this option set to 4x. because there is not much difference between 4x and 16x.
ANTYALASING FXAA
FXAA anti-aliasing, another anti-aliasing option. This, in turn, affects the slight blurring of the image. It is not necessary to enable this option.
WAIT FOR VERTICAL SYNCHRONIZATION
Oh, vertical sync. THE BIGGEST ENEMY Counter Strike from 1.6 to CSGO. Make sure to turn this feature OFF. It greatly limits our FPS in the game, and also affects the delay of our mouse in the game. Avoid Like the Plague!
BLURNING
Blur, which is another option that we should turn off, affects the blurring of the image when we move or make a crosshair movement, which only reduces the visibility in the game.
TO SUM UP
OVERALL QUALITY OF SHADOWS - High - We want to see enemy shadows from a distance.

MODEL / TEXTURE DETAILS - Depends only on you. If you don't need good quality texture models and you have poor hardware, just set this option to the lowest.
SHADER DETAILS - Tall

EFFECT DETAILS - B. High - Better visibility through Molotov smoke from a distance, nicer skins. If you play AWP frequently and are bothered by slight blurring in the scope and thick Molotov smoke at close range, set it to Low.

MULTI-CORE RENDERING - Enabled - We want our CSGO to use the full power of our CPU. Although some FPS only increases this option, so check how it works for you.

ANTI-ALIASING MODE (MULTISAMPLING) - 4x MSAA. If your equipment is really weak, set this option to the lowest. It is not profitable to set higher, because it does not make a big difference.

TEXTURE FILTERING MODE - 4X - Although it also depends on you, if you don't care about good texture quality, set it to bilinear.

ANTYALASING FXAA - Off - Better to just use the first anti-aliasing mode. It causes blur and may affect slightly input lag.

WAIT FOR VERTICAL SYNCHRONIZATION - Off - We don't want limited FPS with mouse lag. The exception is "screen tearing" which may occur in some cases.

BLURNING - Off - We don't want to blur as it affects visibility in the game.
