Introductions
Everytime the booker decided to sign you up, be sure to check out their clause. By default they will give you good clause but sometimes they give you a bad clause. Here's the list of good and bad clauses.
Positive Clauses
+ Creative Control: You CAN refuse any changes that your booker suggest to you. This is a VERY good clause that everyone needs to get it since the booker will mess up your creation and your moves. Successfully unionise against the booker will grant you this clause as well. Ps. Thanks to Dave Monggose for the correction.

+ Iron Clad: You CANNOT be terminated prematurely by your booker, kinda useful when you encounter with pay cut event which there's a chance that they will kick you out from their company if you refuse to cut your payment. Not only that, you also being prevented to get fired if you failed the task that the booker gave to you! (So screw you for wanted me to lose just because I have win streak!) Winning the court case will change your current clause into this Clause. Ps. Thanks to snakelegend and Dave Monggose for the correction.

+ Win Bonus: The Pay-Per-View bonus now applies in every matches as long as you win the match but if you lose, you'll paid less.

+ Downside Guarantee: Every week, you'll paid no matter what even you're free. You didn't get paid if you injured.

+ Health Insurance: You'll get paid if you injured very useful if you still being fragile but useless if you already buffed up.

+ Favoured Nations: Your salary would be matched with the highest salary member. (Tip: If you be sure to check out the roster before decided to pick this clause to check which one has the highest payment.) Ps. Thanks to HardscopeHezi for the correction.

+ Nepotism: Partner and/or Manager in your side will joining as well with the same term as you. Story Friend and/or Real Life Friend will also joining as well. (Citation Needed!)

+ Title Push: The booker will guarantee you to be booked for title shots. A good and quick way to earn your achievements quickly.

+ Part Time: You'll less being booked for the match so you'll have plenty of time for training.
Negative Clauses
- Incentive: You ONLY get paid if you win the match. Losers didn't get paid so be careful!

- Enhancement Talent: You ONLY get paid if you lose the match. This is the easiest way to earn money by just chickening out from the match without caring about your popularity/attitude.

- Not Compete: You cannot be recruited by the other promotions until your current contract expires!

- No Creative Control: You CANNOT refuse any changes that the booker provided for you.

- Overtime: You cannot refuse your booker's request to match additional matches, being a refree and being a commentator. *

- Immediate Start: You'll start your first match immedietly without delay for preparation. *

Iron Clad is kind of a double-edged sword; they can't fire you but other promoters can't hire you either.

Another thing to keep in mind is that certain events can change your Clause, e.g. winning the court case when your booker is trying to get rid of you will change it to Iron Clad, and joining a union seems to change it to Creative Control.

@marijueth The cheesiest way is go to Booking mode and hire yourself with better salary and better clause, but if it fails you can try again. Also heard that each promotion has their own contract gimmicks when hiring you, so if it's not satisfied you just reject their offer for awhile.

i'd like some type of guide as to how each clause balances with the salary and advance you get. the clauses seem pretty self-explanatory, i just want to figure out how to get the most out of a contract without having to negotiate too much and lost it altogether.

@Sleeves my current Salary is 100K and each PPV gives me 25K so each PPV gives you $25,000 if you win. Idk if it's goin to be randomized or not, I'll experiment more of this later.

@Sleeves I've redo the game again and turns out that the Pay-Per-View bonus applies to all matches exclude Funeral and Charity matches as long as you win the match. I've fixed the guide now.

question about win bonus
how much bonus do you get when winning?

@Wingnut Mcmoomoo Interesting opnion. It depends for the player who not want to spend their time redo their character or just like you doing copy paste trick but I like how Unionized also give everyone the same clauses.
