This is a replica of the WW2 and inter-war weapon system, called the Ordnance QF 2-Pounder. An anti-tank weapon, created in the UK, although it's a different weapon to the Navy's "pom pom" gun, although they used the same ammunition.

The barrel is 2m long, with a calibre of 40mm.
