A voice pack of Kefka Palazzo, the Mad Mage, from Final Fantasy VI.
Voices taken from his appearance in Dissidia (PSP), Dissidia 012, and Dissidia (PC/Steam).

Contains ~390 lines.
Radio filter applied!
Minimal references to names or settings in Final Fantasy VI or Dissidia 012: one of his multikill lines is him humming the Final Fantasy series' victory jingle.
Available for standard soldiers, Skirmishers, Templars, and Reapers. Not compatible with vanilla/non-WOTC saves.
I recommend using his voice for a Psi Operative, Grenadier, Ranger, Skirmisher, or Templar.
And of course, I included his iconic retro laugh. It's one of his lines for when he gets a multikill.
