Remove black bars on lower resolution Intel / Nvidia with Intel integrated graphics

In this guide, I'll show you how to remove black bars (stretch) on lower resolutions with Intel or Nvidia with Intel integrated graphics.

Step 1 : Go to Intel Graphics Properties by right clicking anywhere in Desktop

Step 2 : Go to Display

Step 3 : Select "Scale Full Screen" then click "Apply"

Not only this step remove black bars from CSGO but also remove black bars of any other game!

Step 4 : Change the resolution in CSGO

Yaahoo! and the the black bars are gone!!
