Description
A great mage perk made purely for testing purposes (i.e. to help you test things) - it has a cost of -15 (giving you 25 perk points to spend on your great mage), and grants you +25 xp to all your units every turn, and +100% unit power.

No idea, if you're interested in updating the mod, but it seems to bug out when trying to download in game.

Could do, but this is really just for testing stuff. It's easy enough to make your own if you're not opposed to some tasty script editing - just set the cost of the perk to a negative however-many-extra-points-you-want.
