Downward Void

Description
Apollyon really has been on a downward spiral ever since repentance.

Apollyon, and his tainted form especially, have been sent on a downward spiral. And why the ♥♥♥♥ have we been stuck with Maw of the Void?
There is no reason to get this mod if you are not much of an Emplemon fan, most of the sprites are pretty ugly (though I try) and the references are probably pretty nonsensical.

Currently this mod changes:
Void's name and sprite
Abyss' sprite
Tainted Apollyon's appearance in gameplay and in the VS screen
Maw of the Void's sprite and sound
Void Portal's appearance in game and in the progress bar

After disabling all mods except this one, dying in co-op, crashing, starting up the game, dying in co-op again, and crashing, I can confirm

This mod crashes when a person dies in co-op, specifically right before the co-op ghost is supposed to spawn.

this might be an issue with multiple mods, so I'm going to post on other mods where this might be a problem.

I will also post the mods that cause this issue to happen in this comment section as well, for convenience.

I'm making this comment preemptively.

This mod is involved in a consistent crash that happens upon a dying in co-op, specifically when the ghost is supposed to spawn in.


I will give an update on whether this is an issue with the mod by itself, or if it is conflicting with another mod, as disabling this mod gave the exact same kind of crash on the exact same moment.

Could there be compat with mod config options to allow for turning off the abyss change? I want the other changes, but not the change to make abyss emojis.
