Description
Changes Realms mapmode to show terrain and to gradually fill the color as you zoom out, similar to Imperator.

Works with achievements.

@Agami just wanted to let you know that, i still find the mod very useful, i like having almost no colours on the map, feels realistic :ambitious_trait:

@elCid yeah, I'll probably deprecate the mod. Vanilla finally does what I wanted, just not as gradual.

Also moved the mapmode into a separate file, so it won't need any frequent updates in the future

Would it be possible to make a variant of this mod which keeps the look of the map immediately after the zoomed in transition from the paper map mode like in the first image? I personally love the look of the terrain at that stage but personally dislike the look whereby it becomes too transparent. Great mod regardless!
