How to disable your bama ass L-stick

Broken crappy controller? Why can't I use just use the d-pad in this f'n 2-d game without worrying about this useless garbage of a mushroom that's just taking up space?

It's NEEDLESSLY COMPLICATED as is everything with Steam

Go to View>big picture>skip the crappy animation>click library> Brawlhalla>(Delete that ♥♥♥♥ you hate this game) or>Manage>Controller Config>L-stick(the bottom left box)>set to none. Exit ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ big picture mode why does it even exist.

Problem solved.

IMPORTANT NOTE
***Saving your key bindings in-game becomes impossible if you're not using the default within the Steam control settings.

If this become's an issue for whatever reason:

Go back, set your controls to default WITHIN STEAM, then fix the in-game binding; after you confirm it's saved, go ahead and set your controls to whatever Steam configuration you had before.

If you managed to break your controller even more out of sheer frustration before you knew this part, I apologize, go ahead and send that hate to me, I will forward it to the entity of your choosing free of charge.
