Aquaman weapon is located in Helgen Keep. There will be a decomposing corpse on the ground with the Trident of Neptune impaled into his back as indicated in the image and video. Also, there will be water sprouting out of the ground indicators to make it stand out so you can't miss it.

For Non Steam Users Install all the both file provided in download above in this location C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim\Data and add the files within the rar in this location.
