Some of ULTRAKILL's levels and enemies have their names referencing many songs and / or albums. This list will cover most of them so far. Or maybe me and the people mentioned in this list are just stretching and flexing our musical knowledge lmao. In case I missed one, please do let me know.
(This list, of course, contains spoilers. Therefore, beware.)

"New boss Ferryman could be referencing "The Ferryman", a Maudlin of the Well song. The album "bath" it's from uses a lot of water samples and wet tones like at the end of "The Ferryman" and "Interlude 2". Also pipe organs that link to the final boss of Act 2."

With regards to the new Encore levels:

I believe 0-E is a reference to two albums: Deceit's 1981 album "This Heat", and Primal Scream's 2002 album "Evil Heat"

1-E Is most likely a reference to the album "Then Fell The Ashes" by TwinSinisterMoon

Really late to this, but the first testament in 0-S says "Let the evil of their own lips consume them" which is probably a reference to the Lingua Ignota album "Let The Evil Of His Own Lips Cover Him". Additionally, the "May your woes be many, and your days few" might be a reference to her song Butcher Of The World, where she says "May your foes be many, may your days be few".

Nice list, been curious about these for a while. As some have pointed out before, 0-2 is a pretty obvious Madvillain / MF DOOM reference with "Meatgrinder".

I also believe that 2-1 "Bridgeburner" is likely to refer to the doom mapper of the same name. I vaguely remember Hakita mentioning him in an older In The Keep episode.
