ULTRAKILL Secrets Guide (Violence Update)

This guide is to help all you folks out there who want to grind out the secrets and blue orbs.

Introduction
This guide should only be looked at after you beat the game the first time through. I recommend using this if you like the game and want more to do in it. You should not use this for a first time play through but also it will contain spoilers for many of the secrets and blue orbs. You have been warned.

There's already some guides out there that have done what this guide will do and I'll link those ones in the credits or when needed. If you want to 100% this game and get all the Challenges done please check credits for a guide that helps out with challenges. THIS GUIDE WILL NOT HELP WITH CHALLENGES! but some secrets do relate to challenges.

If your struggling to make out what's in the pictures you can click in the top region of the picture to make it bigger.

For the secret missions I did not include the lore that shows up at the end of those levels but I included a guide in the credits if your looking for the lore dumps.

I also already unlocked all of the secrets so I can't show that big blue ball because I found them all but I did my best to show their location regardless. Upon making this guide I also realized just how dark this game is...

Prelude:
0-1
  • 1. The first secret will be found right after you pick it up the gun. First clear the room and the right above the exit there is glass. Break it and you got your first orb.

  • 2. In the room with the glass stair case you will see a bunch of flat structures (pipes?) on the wall. Jump onto them and it'll lead you to the second blue orb

  • 3. In the room where you need to wall jump to get to the exit, if you wall jump above it you will find the next blue orb.

  • 4. This orb is the room where you have to jump above a glass floor seen here:
    In the opposite top corner of the exit, there is the fourth blue orb.

  • 5. The final orb or is the room just before the malicous face. On the platform you first walk on there is a shootable grate. (just turn around and look below the entrance door) Shoot the grate and enjoy a suprise and the orb.
0-2
  • 1. In the first room you enter has a sideway pipe slightly in the dark. You can climb it and it'll lead to a blue orb.

  • 2. In the room with the sewage pipes emmiting (blood?) jump through the pipes and follow them to the next blue orb.

  • 3 secret boss and secret level In the room after the two sewage pipes, you'll see a hole in the ceiling. Figure a way up (You can wall jump or shotgun blast yourself) and take the skull. (We'll use it for blue orb three, a secret boss, and the secret level). Progress the stage as normal.
    Once you reach this crossroad, go left.
    In there place the blue skull on the pedestal and it'll open the door (DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DOOR UNLESS YOU JUST WANT THE SECRET LEVEL). To the right of the secret door there is a vent that can be shot.
    In the vent room you'll see the blue orb and there will be a little crack. Go through that to fight the secret boss. I believe it's only purpose is to get the shotgun early.
  • 4. Back in the cross roads room, there is a vent in the top right of the locked door. Shoot it and go through.
    Then just make your way through this beast...
  • 5. The final blue orb is in the final room of the level and you'll see two pistons pushing into each other in the floor. Slide through the water circled here, and you'll get that precious orb.

If you are to lazy to read that (I get it) here's my short tips. Stay calm. It's hard but if you do that you'll be fine. Use the charged revolver and when you hear the noise the wicked makes, run into an area where he can only attack you from one direction then shoot him with a fully charged blast. He won't run away, he'll totally teleport away. Use this strategy and you'll be fine. Once you place the red skull he'll be immediately done chasing you.

  • 1. When you reach the room with the glass ceiling (not the very first room) break the glass in a corner to wall jump onto it. Then look above the entrance door and wulah!

  • 2. In the L shaped room with a... spine?... in the middle, jump up onto that and you should see an orb soon enough.

  • 3. Finally, in the room with the glass floor if you look away from the exit door you'll see a crack in the wall. Blow it up and you got your last one.
0-4
  • 1. In the very first room if you look at the right top corner of the room, facing the entrance, you'll see a hidden ledge with a big fat blue ball on it.

  • 2. in the room where there's a bunch of spinning thingies, there is unbroken glass on the left. Break it and fight the two ugly faces to earn your red ball.

  • 3. in the final room of the level below the glass floor, and below the entrance there's the final blue ball of the prologue.
Layer 1: Limbo
1-1
  • Secret Level. So you can get to the secret level really quick in this chapter. When you first walk out of the entrance you just need to coin toss into the fountain in front of you and you got your secret level. Once again, if you want to get all the other secret orbs, don't go into this hole right away.

  • 1. In the room where you place the red skull there's a pillar leaning into the wall. This wall you can just pass right through to get a blue ball.

  • 2. Back to the locked red door, head through the door in front of you, there you will find a tall tower thing. Climb up it and you'll find an orb.

  • 3. In the room in the level where you first encounter enemies there will be a waterfall. Run through it to get the ball and a surprise.

  • 4. In one of the hallways there are multiple paintings. One of them is not lit. Hop through that masterpiece to get a bluey boy.

  • 5. In the second to last room (long hallway) if you look to the top left of the entrance there's a hidden hole with the last ball.

  • Alternate Revolver First Numeral In the last room, break the glass on the ceiling and jump onto the roof. You can get up there with a shotgun blast or a well timed dash jump on the pillars. Click on the numeral.
1-S
This is a puzzle secret level and it's quite fun. The following images are the solutions so you've been warned for spoilers. Honestly there's nothing to worry about just have a nice relaxing game of line puzzles. Also there's nothing I could really do to make the green more visible but if you solve for the other colors first it'll make sense.
1-2
  • 1. In the second room on the stage, if you go into the side halls you can wall jump to a secret area above the room

  • 2. In the room where you grab the blue skull, you can underneath the stairs to a secret room that can be charged by the railgun (which you don't need to do) but has a nice shiny one in it.

  • 3. Right above where you get the red skull, jump above the little arch and look at the wall on the right and there will be a little hole to get one of the orb.

  • 4. In the room with water on the floor, to the right of the stairs you can slide under to get an orb.

  • 5. In the room with lava there's a little cage. Jump to a side of it to go around the cage to get the final orb.

  • Alternate Revolver Second Numeral. In the same room with lava, to the right of the stairs to enter the room there is a cracked wall. Blow that up.
    Next go into the next room and the back corner of the room there is another breakable wall.
    Go inside, screw around, once your done leave and defeat cancer and behind cancer you'll find the second numeral.
1-3
  • 1. In the very first room there is a glass ceiling, shoot the glass and hop above it.

  • 2. The first room on the red skull path, in the back left corner there is a small gap. You have to just slide on a slope that I'm standing on in the picture. It might take a couple tries but don't give up.

  • 3. In the room that has like a tower in the middle with a light beam in the middle of it, jump up on it and then down the light source. You'll get a red orb while falling

  • 4. Next to the blue skull pickup there is a little bit of water, you can slide under it to get a orb

  • 5. In the room with the stair case that goes along the edges and has a lava floor, near the bottom you can jump under the staircase and do a 180 to find the final orb.

  • Alternate Revolver Third Numeral Put both skulls on their correct pedestals to open one of the paintings in the starting room and fight the secret boss fight. Beat them to get the third numeral.
Layer 2: Lust
2-1
  • 1. In the very first room where there is water in the middle, you go down a slight slope, around the corner of that slope is a breakable wall. Break it. I swear there's something good behind it.

  • 2. When you get launched out into the big flat open area, there will be a slight slope right where you were launched out. Underneath that there is a jump pad and an orb.

  • 3. Right before the part where you need to slide jump, if you look down and turn around there will be a super secret blue ball right where your looking.

  • 4. This is one of the hardest ones to get to and you do need to use the shotgun to boost yourself. The picture below will also help with explaining. So this orb is in the big open area on the right and it's far, with one small platform between it and where most of the level takes place.
    First you need to have full health or this will not end well. Next you need to land on the furthest jump pad on the stage (There is no far jump pad you just need to land on one that is farther from the others. It's the jump pad my aiming reticle is near in the picture) and use the velocity and your dashes to make your way on the inbetween platform.
    Once you land on the inbetween platform you need the explosive round shotgun equipped and launch it at your feet in a way that'll send you flying. towards the red orb. Once in the air equip the pump shotgun and charge it all the way up and then fire again to shoot yourself towards the red ball again. There you have it!

    Here is a Video that's similar but a little different (They never use the explosive round shotgun)

  • 5. To the left of the final regular door in the stage. It's right around the corner.
2-2
  • 1. In the first room in the back right corner there is a building with one window that's see through. Shoot it and hop in.

  • 2. Where the three soldiers spawn across from you, you can jump on the other platform and go right to the second orb.

  • 3. Before you continue down the tunnel you're supposed to, jump/climb on top of it to find a red orb.

  • 4. In the final room of the level, go to the back left of the room. There you will find a water flow, follow it (You have to slide) and you'll find a red orb.

  • 5. In the final room of the level, there is a house you can enter. On the third floor there is a broken wall. Beyond that wall is a cracked wall, break that wall to find the final orb.
2-3
  • 1/water control 1. In the room before you snap the blue skull you can under the little bridge at the bottom to find a secret orb. However there's also a water control. Shoot it as you'll need to do that to unlock 2-S.

  • 2. In the same room if you jump above the upper bridge walkway you can find another orb!

  • 3. In the room with the crushing pistons there will be two secrets. One of them is just over the edge on the left side (facing away from the entrance door).

  • 4/water control 2. The second one is (facing the entrance door) in the upper right hand side. There is a water control panel there too so shoot that.

  • 5/water control 3. In the hallway to the last room where the exit is, you take a small staircase down, slide around it to find the final orb and the final water control.

  • Secret door. If you head back to the room with the two bridges, where the waterfall used to block you, there you will find the secret door.

Layer 3: Gluttony
3-1
  • 1. In the room with the first mindflare you can jump underneath this teeth bridge to find a red orb. You will take damage in the toxic water so make sure you have health. It's a red orb so don't worry about coming back out.

  • 2. In the room with the three stone dudes, beneath the exit there is one blue orb.

  • 3/secret door. before the first turn of the walkway you can turn left to find a hidden path. Follow it to get a blue orb but also to find the secret door. (In the image I'm facing the entrance.) To enter the secret door you need to achieve a p rank on all stages.

  • 4. In the very next room where you fight three malicious faces in the dark, beneath the entrance, you can slide to a blue ball.

  • 5. In the final room right below the elevator you can find the final blue ball of the entire first chapter! Congrats!
Layer 4: Greed
4-1
  • 1. Underneath the water pool right when you first enter the level.

  • 2. On top of the little tower with the angel at the top.
  • 3. Hidden behind a secret wall in the room before the final open room. if you look straight into the room from the exit it'll be there once opened. (explained more in 4).

  • 4. On the left in the big open room, at the end of the bridge. Just shotgun blast your feet to launch yourself at it. Do this while climbing above the exit of the open room. While doing this you'll see an eye icon above the exit. Walk up to it and press it. This will open the secret room.

  • 5. after getting the fourth ball jump back to where you boosted your self and walk to the end of the roof. At the end you'll see a breakable area. break it with an alternate revolver or explosion to open it. Hop down and then you got them all.
4-2
  • 1. Behind this stone dude block

  • 2. Behind where the first angel spawns in this level, you'll find an orb!

  • Note. to the right of the two stone dudes you fight there's a face door. Keep note of where this is.
  • 3. In the arena to get the red skull, below the entrance you'll find a dual wield power-up. Apparently this does count as a secret orb...

  • Face button. Behind and below the blue skull (you have to go outside) there is a face button. Push it to open that face door.

  • 4. In the area where you place the red and blue skulls there is a jump boost. Jump on it to go on top of the temple. Going to the top of the entrance of temple you'll find a red orb.

  • 5. Go to the face door to find the last blue orb! But we're not done! Grab the moon dial behind it.

  • Secret Door. Go back to the top of the temple and you'll find a podium. Put the moon dial on it.
    After this you can walk on the sand. Now go run all the way behind the entrance elevator and you'll find a bright star. Below the star is a hole, drop in!
4-S
This wasn't the gambling level I wanted but it's still super cool! (No spoilers here) If you break all the boxes you unlock the ability to enable this "gamemode" in any level through the cheat menu!
Tips:
  • You still have some of the movement moves, dash boost, dash jump, dashing, and sliding. So use those to help you get by.
  • You can hold the jump button when landing on boxes to jump higher. You don't need to time pressing space bar.
  • Once again, you need to break all the boxes to unlock the cheat. It doesn't matter if you get the coins from the box or how many coins you get.
Editor's note: After testing out this new gamemode in other levels, it turns out the Hakita made it extra compatiable in every level! (In levels where there's a big gap to jump over there's special blocks to ensure you make it). The Devs put way too much effort into this joke :^)
4-3
Use this room for context for 1 and 2

  • 1. going right, to the back left corner of the stage, there's a sliver to slide under. After that use the torch to light up the pedestial and then go through both doors to find blue ball.

  • 2. Going left, jump above the first pedestial you light.

  • 3. In the room with the four pedestials to be lit, once you light one of them you can ride it up to a secret dual wield power up.

  • 4. In the room with all the (sexy) husks, on the left there will be one with a crack. Break it to find the next orb.

  • MANDALORE GAMING IS IN THIS GAME!!! In the room you just entered you can light a torch on the right, go LEFT to a sealed door. Break that door down and enjoy! For those who don't get it.... In it you'll also find references to GManLives, ICARUSLIV3S, Pat Stares At, Woolieversus, Vinesauce, Markiplier, Matt McMuscles, and Shammy! Credit for the references here
    But we're not done here... in the update that came out on August 23rd a tablet was added in this room that contains this:

  • 5. In the room with water there's a spot you can slide under to find a secret room containing the last secret orb.

Thanks to the new (Author's note: it's not new, it was always there, we were all just too dumb) 4-3 tablet there is a new secret room in 4-4. You need the grapple arm to do this.
In the room with the blue skull there is a small pool of water around the skull pedestal. If you use the electric rail gun on the water and head back to where you were launched up you'll see the door has opened and revealed the saw blade launcher!
The giant body in the background just appears to be the king minos model without the head.
Layer 5: Wrath
AT THIS POINT OF THE GAME THE SECRETS TAKE A LOT MORE MANEUVERING TO GET TO WHERE YOU NEED TO. LOOK AT THIS GUIDE FOR THE BEST WAYS TO GET AROUND. THE ONE TO KNOW THE MOST IS SLAM STORAGE+JUMP

Also I took screenshots while playing instead of after so there's more blue balls in this guide! (Hooray! don't take that phrase out of context!)
5-1
  • Valves At the very opening of the level there are 3 hidden valves. These can be destroyed which causes most of the water to go away in the level. This is helpful for completing the challenge of not touching water.
    The first valve is found directly left of the entrance door.

    Second valve is found a little further and to the right of the entrance.
    The third valve took me the longest and is found on the opposite wall of the first grapple hook point. I turned on brightness cheat to see it better.

  • 1. When you get to an area in the opening grapple section you'll reach a point where you have to use the blue grapple point to cross a gap. Below where you start is a blue orb. You'll have to dash into it because it is right there

  • 2. In the first arena, below the middle blue skull door there is a tipped over tower. In this tower is a blue orb.

  • 3. In the large open arena with the two angels, malicous faces, and soldiers in the middle, there is a platform above all this.

  • 4. In the arena with the mind flayer if you follow the water to underneath the rocks you'll find a secret orb

  • 5/Secret Level one layer up from the jump pad that sends you to the final arena there is a vent that can be destroyed. This will give you the final blue orb and the secret level of this layer.
5-S
The fishing level! This is more of a puzzle level than actually fishing so if you don't want spoilers stop reading! (it's pretty easy). There is a black terminal that'll give you hints to get each fish.
  • The main thing to know: throwing bait somewhere that doesn't need it actually does nothing when the game says a fish ate it.
  • Throwing bait in a place that does need it will affect ONLY the next casted line!
Now how to get each fish:
    Lake
  • Happy fish: cast the line in the lake, not too close to shore.
  • PITR fish: cast the line near the shore of the lake. This is a reference to the lead programmer PITR!

    Deep Lake
  • Trout: cast the line to the "Deeper Lake"

    Well
  • Dope Fish: cast the line in the well

    Cave Pool - Behind the waterfall
  • Metal Fish: throw the malicious face bait into the cavern pool. The next fish caught there will be the metal fish. This is a reference to an enemy in Amid Evil.
  • Chomper: Throw the line in the cavern pool. This is a reference to a boss in Dusk!

    Stream
  • Bomb fish: throw the line in the stream.

    Lake of Blood Unlocked by throwing the bomb fish at some cracked rocks.
  • Eye fish: throw the line in the blood pool.
  • Frog!?: Jump into the blood pool and near the bottom there is another pool(?) you can throw the line into. This is a reference to Iron Lung
    Pan oil in the bait house
  • Stick Fish: throw the line in the pan oil.

    Campfire
  • Cooked fish: throw a fish from the lake into the fire. Seems to only work with any fish from the lake

    Ocean
  • Shark: throw any fish into the ocean, then your next line should catch a shark. This is a reference to the Ikea shark Blahaj.
CONGRATS THAT'S ALL THE FISH the leader board is fake and just references to characters and developers so don't take it personally.


You might notice that all the fish sizes are only 1... This is where it gets interesting... If you hop in the well you find a room dedicated to finding this fabled size 2 fish.
Here there is a letter of someone rambling about finding this mysterious size 2 fish that has to exist. If you keep exploring around the island you find a bottle in the back left corner facing away from the entrance to this level.
This bottle contains a stranded survivors note of their search for this size 2 fish. They say they are at an island which can be found by following the big dipper. If you catch all the fish the level turns to night and you can find the island!

If the island existed! I'm assuming it's just a gag cause the night skybox is spinning, you can't follow any dipper cause it's always moving! No clipping around with full brightness is pointless cause it doesn't exist. If you reach the border of the map you get teleported to the opposite side. We've been played...

5-2
  • 1. The first orb is found way out in the distance behind a light house. Change: I have been informed by Layman you can just slide on the water. Dang nabbit... Leaving it up cause my way is more fun

    The best way to do this is to head over to this rock after fighting the first malicious face. Slam storage (Look at Layer 5 description) and jump from the rock. Then Shotgun Overcharge to launch yourself even more to the lighthouse after slowing down. Or just ride a rocket over, I'm not your dad.

  • 2. In the small walkway where you fight the angel and soldiers there will be a blue orb nearby.

  • 3. Before you enter the house, get a bove it and then over the walkway portion there is a blue orb.

  • 4. Right after you get the blue skull there be a broke portion of the building. Jump behind it to get the blue orb.

  • 5. Once you are able to get on the boat head right instead of left (go away from ferryman) and there will be a healing orb.
5-3
  • 1. After you place the blue skull on its pedestal go back to the arenas you went to get it. A door should be open now.

  • 2. In the room where you pick up the red skull there is a button(?) in the ceiling. Shoot it and the door behind you will open.

  • 3. and Secret Exit When you place both skulls on the locked door a secret passageway will open. Go in it to find another blue orb. This will impact the level later which will help with the challenge

  • 4. Once the ship has flipped and you have the rocket launcher you'll have an encounter with a bunch of husks. To the left of where they spawn is a blue orb.

  • 5. In the middle room on the left where all the bedrooms were there is a crack in the ceiling.

  • Secret Exit In the room where the door blows up and water rushes in you can find the same secret that opened when you placed both skulls. Go through this to end the stage early. This also allows you not to make contact with water.
Layer 6: Heresy
6-1
  • 1. In the arena with the malicious face, two angels, and sniper robot there is blue orb to the right of the exit.

  • 2. In the dark hallway after you get the red skull, there is a blue orb on the right wall when you first enter the door, that progresses to the next part of the level.

  • Secret Encounter Part 1. Before going down the hole after you place the red skull make sure to pick it up before going down. You'll need it for the encounter.
  • 3. Below the first arena in the wide open area there is a duel wield secret orb.

  • Secret Encounter Part 2. Before entering the building that's after the grapple arena go above it and there will be a red pedestal. Good luck...

  • 4. Above the building where gabriel gives his speech there is a health orb. Good luck...
  • 5. Above the entrance of the final arena with hideous mass there is a blue orb.
6-2
  • P Rank Door Right before fighting gabriel there is a tiny sliver that you can slide through.
Layer 7: Violence
7-1
  • 1. Above the entrance of the room with the book their is an orb in the ceiling. It's the same room with the book (marked as B in the picture)
  • 2. In the room with the alpha symbol right after the book, beneath the little bridge you can find the second orb.

  • Secret Encounter If you put the blue skull on where you collected the red skull, a secret door will open. The boss here is a reference to the game Dusk where you fight a character named Big John[dusk.fandom.com]!

  • Secret Level Hint After beating BIG JOHN a tablet will drop with this text:
  • 3. After the Minotaur breaks through, if you go the way it came, you'll notice a dome looking bulding. On top of it is a healingorb.
  • 4. Nearby the last orb (marked with R), there is a door that'll lead you straight to the next orb.
  • 5. One of the only other rooms with water in it, there is a little slit in the wall.
7-2
  • Tablet 1. In this level there are three buttons, or I'll call tablets, that are used to unlock a new secret weapon. This weapon is not in the game currently. This tablet can be unlocked by speed-running through the first yellow orb challenge. If you go through quick enough you can beat the timer and find a little trapdoor open for a split second.

  • 1. This orb is found BEFORE OPENING THE CART DOORS. If you do open the cart doors this door will be shut. This orb is located where the cart exits. Just go in through the exit and on your left there will be the orb.

  • 2. In the next time trial there will be a yellow orb in the wall. If you go into this wall there will be a blue orb.

  • Tablet 2. As mentioned in orb 2, go as fast as possible through this one and a door should be open to go through if quick enough.

  • Secret Weapon and 3. When the cart gets stopped, there is a building nearby. Going on top of it there is a hole that can fit. If you go through the hole you can also find the spot where you'll get the new weapon.

  • 4. When going to the red skull pedestal on the cart, beneath the bridge is the next orb.

  • Final Tablet After the red skull has been placed there is another time trial. You know the drill, go through it quick!

  • 5.This isn't actually the final orb on the list but I found it last... When entering the big open warzone area, in the back right above where you get the cart is a single building. Go there to get a health orb!

  • Challenge Secrets The challenge in this level have a lot of neat skips that are pretty secretive so I'm including them. The first one is that there is a hole emitting light in the clocktower where you can get to the cart. UPDATE: they added a little cross here so it's much easier to spot.
    Now remember Orb 1? In that room there is a book with a code at the bottom of it. You'll use this code to escape the maze in the last part of the level.
    Now to get the red skull you need to shoot the top of the red skull cage to break it open and snatch it. This is everything you'll need to complete this challenge!
7-3
  • Secret Door Forgot to take a picture of it! As soon as you leave the woods of sad people it'll be to the right that is blocked off by metal leaves. Thanks to the hint in 7-1 you need to get the fire robots to chase you back to this door... Currently I don't know how to do this. They have ONE spot they spawn in and they die to water on the way... If you go back the way you came, the door is locked... I know this works using cheats by spawning one at the door, I just don't know how to actually do this. I'll do more testing later!

    Either way the secret door doesn't contain anything besides plush Hakita so don't worry about it!

  • 1. When you first get to the first red tree. There were two locked doors. In one you can clearly see the first blue orb. Once the red tree is... red... you can jump around or over walls to get to it.

  • 2. In the first big closed room fight. Near where the sniper guy spawns, jump over the wall to get a health orb.

  • 3. I do not remember how to get to this... I'm pretty sure it's on the way to the next tree after the second one. On your way you'll see a statue to your right. There is a hole, slide on through.

  • Challenge/Madness Before you go into the tunnel that explodes, jump above it and you'll find a crystal that makes everything hate you. It sucks, but you gotta get it for the challenge.

  • 4. After the third tree you'll go through some halls. One of them is broken. Hop through and jump on top of the tunnel to get that ball!

  • 5. In the room with the mannequins after the fourth orb/third tree there is a hole in the wall to go through and get the last orb.

Alright typing this real quick and will make something better later.

There is now a Size 2 development. Here are the steps
Defeat all enemies first
In the shelf closest to windows there is a green book. Vacuum it to reveal a power thingy.
Shoot electric railgun at power thingy
Vacuum new enemies
Grab red skull, or go back to power thingy.
Walk past waterfall
If you use cheats the level disables all paths and secrets related to this!!!

  • Challenge/Crane Before you fight the security system, in the little town, there is a crane. Use the electric rail-gun to power it and an explosion will occur. Go through the explosion. This skips the security boss fight all together.
Prime Sanctums:
P-1
Pain... Just pain...

Here's a guide but in all honesty it just takes a lot of practice and you will die a lot. I suggest bringing:
  • Ricochet coin and alternate charged revolver
  • Both shotguns (And use them for the flesh prison especially)
  • Both nail cannons (However you don't really use them that much)
  • The pierce rail cannon and explosive one. use these as soon as they are ready.

By far the best level in the game (so far). Good luck beating this it's rough. You'll need better luck to p-rank this bad boy...

My personal loadout (as of Wait of the World):
  • Charged Alternate Revolver and Regular Coin gun.
  • Both Shotguns (I mainly use the pumpback one but quick swap between both when needed).
  • Magnet Nailgun and overheat Sawblade Launcher.
  • Electric Railgun and Mailcious Railgun
  • Rock Rocket Launcher. I don't take the pause rocket laucher because it's not good attacking wise.

Violence Miscellaneous Secrets
  • Live Reaction: When Minotaur comes in for the first time in 7-2, if you go the way it came there is rubble directly to your right. Go through and you find this cool reaction image.

  • Bomb Hakita: When you have the bomb moving on the cart in 7-2 if you no clip you get an awesome screenplay

  • Flower Door In the room in 7-4 with two mannaquins and big head, there is a door. If you no clip in you can see a flower!

  • Earth Shaker 2 During the 7-4 fight the earthshaker is shooting another earth shaker. If you fly all the way over to it (it takes about 5 minutes, not worth it!!!) you can find a little plush controlling it.

  • Secret Book on the other side of security boss fight there is a secret book. Gives lore implications.

  • Dawg In the brain of the EarthShaker you can find a dog controlling the whole thing! This is the 3D Artist actiondawg's mascot/icon.

  • Sleepy Husk In 7-2 if you climb the clocktower before it explodes, you'll find this guy who's really really tired
  • All the text in 7-4 that is not in English isn't anything special. It makes sense for the locations they are found in.
Miscellaneous Secrets 1
These aren't important and don't add much to the game and I didn't want to include them in the levels themselves as it might annoy people. Enjoy
  • 4-2 After putting the sun away you can run around the statue of liberty and find this little guy! :^)
    Editors Note: DO NOT DESTROY HIS SAND CASTLE!
    In the sun:

  • 1-4 If you put a blue skull on the praying skeleton you create hank!

  • Soap 1 / 1-3 in the first room towards the blue skull, a street cleaner will break a pallet and drop down from the ceiling. You can ground slam to hop on up to find the first soap location. This soap is a refrence to the hidden soaps in the game Dusk

  • Soap 2 / 4-3 you can find the second soap location in the last room with the spinning lights way up high on a sideways beam.
    If you are also doing the challenge in the level you can use it as the final room's light source to get rainbow colors!

  • A lot of enemies, level names, and music are references to other songs/albums. Here is a great guide on all of those references.

  • Cat and Hampter A cat and hampter have been seen scattered around the game recently. You can find these in Lust secret mission and in 4-4 blue skull room.

  • Dope Fish in 5-1 in the first arena you can find this fish swimming around. This is a reference to an enemy in Commander Keen. This creature has popped in numerous fps's and ID software games (creator of Commander Keen). Thank you Cratle for giving me the info.

  • You aren't supposed to be here (OUTDATED) If you no clip into p-2 or 5-S you'll find a Hakita model.

  • The Lighthouse in 5-2 there was a secret orb behind a lighthouse. In front of the lighthouse you can find two interesting skeletons. These are characters from the movie The Lighthouse. I haven't seen the lighthouse so can't really provide more detail.

  • Hampter In the chimney stack closest to the ferryman you can find this little cute guy :^)

  • Hampter Part 2... With hampter in hand head all the way back to the start and go all the way up. Use the Rocket freeze mod to ride the rockets up. Once at the top you'll find this cool guy that you should really set free using hampter. Note: You can not use cheats for this. If you do this cool guy will not be here!
    Oh wait... He's not cool... WAGHHHHH!!!
Miscellaneous Secrets 2
  • Hank JR. In 5-3 if you take the blue skull to the skeleton with the rocket launcher you get this text. :^(

  • Flipped Terminal There is a flipped terminal at the exit of 5-3. Ow.

  • Its a Living in 5-S if you follow the waterfall up you find this quirky man. Apparently this is a reference to a dummy in Undertale outside of fish girls house (I'm too lazy to look up the name). While the text may be a reference to Undertale the actual model is a reference to Legless[pitr.itch.io], a game made by the lead programmer PITR for a game jam.

  • ARMBOY!!! In 6-1 when you fall into the wide open red space you can fly above where you fell from. Then you you'll find this hunk.

  • : ) At the end of 6-1 you'll find this really cool text at the top of the exit.

  • No... Before the boss of P-2 you have to unlock the door. If you press X you get the following:

  • Quake Jump Thanks to my recommended I found this video by Turbo Nerd. If you mess around with gun position and HUD settings you can find an audio reference to Quake.

  • A DOG IS IN THE GUN If you have the coin revolver out and restart a level. A really cool dog appears where the coin ui is!
Sandbox
  • The map the sandbox mode is based off of is gm_construct map from the game Garry's Mod.
    however their are no secrets where there were secrets in the orginal map.
  • 1 (and only one). Inbetween the light and dark rooms there is a sealed room.
    If you enable "no clip" you can fly through to find an email response towards Hakita (Ultrakill's developer) about getting permission to make the map from Garry's Mod's creator, Garry!
Developer Museum/Credits
  • Rocket Race Behind the sign for Dave Oshry there is a clickable box. Click it and try to get the best time!
  • A... cat? beneath the stairs to the tree you can find this abomination... Punch it to have it follow you! It can't be undone...
  • Unique Sounds As it turns out each doll has a unique pickup and throwing sound. Not going to include all of them hear (get it?) but I did enjoy Master Boot Record's, Gianni's, and Mandalore's.
  • ARMBOY!!! on the roof near the chess board you can find arm boy once again!
  • Plush Destruction If you throw one of the plushes into a garbage can you get a neat little explosion!
  • Nextbot? If you throw in all the plushies in the garbage you get...
    If this doesn't work when you throw all of them away go to the movie theater and grab one and throw one of those away.
  • Hampter Sightings one in the bathroom, one in the movie theater.
  • Get Well ;( If you destroy Salad's painting you get an image of a green deer with a balloon. This is a reference to the internet trend of putting a get well soon balloon on a dead deer... wtf.
  • Giant Salad If you go past the checkerboard and the fish tank and just fly away from the museum you'll find a giant Salad doll.
  • Chess at the waterfall above the theater there is chess with the big statues
ARG(S)
The title has (S) because there might just be one ARG :(

During the development, and completion, of the Wait of The World Update their was an ARG that happened once the Keygen Church crossover was announced. This was completed once P-2 came out. Mainly it has lore implications in the end.

In 5-S there's some areas that hint of a Size 2 fish. Soon people discovered the Mandalore plush has a secret dialogue and everyone's gone insane since. Unfortunately this got halted due to people decrypting the code. Here's some docs of the current findings and rambles about size 2.

for P-2, you dont actually need to fight the flesh prison thing at all, you can just ride rockets around until the yellow meter below its health runs out (about 30 seconds iirc), and Sisyphus will pop out and kill it. this saves tons of time and effort, and saves your health and score since you're being hit less.

for getting the secret level in 7-3 the only door that's "locked" is actually just one way, so you can just jump over the wall and open the door for your new friend
To get to the upcoming secret exit in 7-3, you can go start the encounter with the easier blood tree. The door does not lock, meaning you can exit any time. There are virtues that spawn, and they can also burn down the leaves blocking the entrance. if you backtrack there. Much easier than getting those streetcleaners to do it.
