I LOVE all of these small, modern wall to walls. Perfect for more gentrified or trendy older strips of cities!

Hi there! Ploppable RICO Revisited 2.4.4 allows growable buildings to be plopped. You can just search for this building using FindIt and should be able to plop it down!

I like to make my buildings as growables where possible because I feel it gives the most flexibility to all players.
