Remove roaming neutrals for Many More Mercenaries!

Description
This is an addon for my Many More Mercenaries! mod that allows you to find and kill leaders of neutral squads if you want to stop those from spawning too.

Adds roaming uniques for:
-all 3 neutral mercenary groups
-both Mongrel groups
-the Deadcat group
-the Skeletons group
-the Swampers group


Updated notes on regular leaders where necessary to reflect these changes.

Be warned that there's always a chance that leaders could get killed, causing their roaming squads to stop spawning.
I made both them and their squads tougher to limit the chances of that happening, but as a result you might need help to take them on!
