This mod ran flawesly back in 2022. I wanted to re-play it again but for some odd reason now the game has a lot of framerate issues. My hardware is the same as when i played the mod so i really don't know what's causing this. Did Capcom udpate their games with some crappy DRM or something? Some people has the same problem as me (and many others) and some of them has RTX cards. That's not normal to be honest. Disabling Vulkan helped a lot, but the game still does some weird stuff. These things did not happen back in 2022

@Anfalion You didn´t write that you have gtx 1060. Could it be that you use integrated graphic UHD 630, instead of dedicated ?

If so, go to control panel and globally change it to use the dedicated card... AKA gtx 1060. Hope it helps.
