Hours of organizing and your mom jokes later

Since the TLS update, the L4D1 CI have been added into the game with new textures, new models, and the gore system. With the gore system and how the models are set up, some face textures look weird on certain heads and some have 2-3 heads per model.
This mod corrects these issues and with other misc. changes and additions listed below.

Changes:
- No need for wound vmts, this was done by adding "$wound" and "$burning" in the "common_infected_shared" vmt.
- New model additions (Ex. Female Suits having pants and Baggage Handlers having different types of headphones).
- Lots of face variety between models
- Redone beta textures to have the retail look.

Note:
- Reskin compatiable
- This is not compatiable with Skessler's L4D1 CI Overhaul
- L4D2 CI have not been touched
- The L4D2 UCI have not been touched
- This may or may not work online
