The Saw Hunter Hero Mod

"Transcend the hunt..."



The Saw Hunter is a new hero class inspired by the protagonist of Bloodborne, The Hunter. The Hunter wears a gray duster coat with a black bandana covering their face. Their weapons of choice are the Saw Cleaver and the Hunter's Pistol. At some point in their life, the Saw Hunter became afflicted with an unspecified disease, leading them to a town called Yharnam in search of a cure. In spite of their mysterious illness, the Saw Hunter is in fact much stronger and faster than average humans. They possess the strength and agility of a fearsome beast while resisting the call of blood-drunkenness through great force of will.


A moon-scented hunter has arrived at the Hamlet! Bringing with them the beast-hunting techniques of another world, the Saw Hunter is a flexible and agile combatant that works well on the frontlines and from afar. Up close, quickly deal with enemies using the Saw Cleaver, which is capable of striking even distant foes thanks to its extended range. In the backlines, harass and expose enemies using a diverse set of hunter tools. Their speed and versatility come at the expense of durability, however, so be sure to properly manage risks, or the Saw Hunter will find themselves on Death's Door just as quickly as the foes they cut down.

Inspired by Bloodborne lore, the Saw Hunter is automatically afflicted with an incurable custom quirk called "Hunter's Illness" once you use any of his skills. It strengthens the Saw Hunter, bringing their resistances up to normal, and makes them immune to Crimson Curse, though they are still capable of receiving other diseases.

Into the Wound

Heckling Gunshot

Weak damage, debuff foe's DODGE, debuff foe's for more DMG Taken, and debuff foe's stun resist when they're bleeding

Serrated Knife

Weak damage, inflicts an AOE bleed (increased bleed amount if foe's are stunned)

Visceral Attack

Against stunned enemies: does increased damage, ignores their PROT, pushes them back, and removes their stun

Augur of Ebrietas

Strong stun that lowers speed, ignores stealth, de-stealth foes's, and lowers torch

Hunter's Salutation

Buffs the Saw Hunter's DODGE, activates a weak riposte with a weak stun, and marks the Saw Hunter


Sanguinary Consultation

Time Cost: 3
Prevents nighttime ambush and buffs surprise rate, team suffers a stress penalty

Gain Insight

Time Cost: 3
Gives the team an ignore stealth buff, team suffers a stress penalty

A Yharnam Spar

Time Cost: 4
At a health cost, buffs the Saw Hunter's dodge, an ally's accuracy, and for both, a crit buff

Bloodied Resupply

Time Cost: 3
At a health cost, buffs the Saw Hunter's stun chance and increases the accuracy of their gun-related skills

• The Saw Hunter comes with vanilla (5), CC (2), CoM (1) and Sunward (1) trinkets.
• He is not religious.
• District: House of the Yellow Hand.
• He has his own Town Events.
• On crit, he buffs his dodge (+10 for 2rds).
