Wandering merc fix: Always able to talk to them!

Description
In vanilla, it's possible that wandering mercenaries will spawn and not be talkable to, making them non-hireable.
This is particularly frustrating considering that wandering squads are the only source of truly "renewable" mercenaries and that the chances to meet them is pretty low in the first place.

This was due to some mercenaries spawning without meeting all the requirements for the dialogues to happen, meaning that wandering mercenary leaders who didn't happen to have a personality fitting the few premade dialogues just wouldn't be hireable. There is a generic one for when they're in town, but not roaming.
This simply unlocks one of the dialogue path so that any leader may be talkable to.


Should be compatible with most mods that add contract options and whatnot. I'm personally using it with Better Mercenary Contracts and it works well.

Make sure it is below such mods in the load order if you want to be certain that the change is applied.

Unless those other mods touch those roaming dialogs it shouldn't matter, but if you want to be safe sure, put it below! As for the two other merc mods up to you, I don't remember conflict with it and my more mercs mod, so shouldn't matter much!

Just need to make sure to have it below the more mercs mod, correct? What about better mercs and more mercs and patch load order?
