L4D1 First Aid Kit and Pain Pills HUD Icons

Description
Replaces the HUD icons for the first aid kit and pain pills with their L4D1 versions.

NOTE: Does not give you the L4D1 HUD shown in the picture, only the first aid kit and pain pills icons.

Pretty nice version of this without the l4d1 pistol icons, also don't mind me asking the source for these l4d1 styled icons for the l4d2 cast?
