CEDA Fart Suit [Sound Mod]

Description
When you shoot a CEDA worker in a hazmat suit, usually it has a deflating sound. Now, when you shoot them they will expel the last of their gassy remains. A fart sound mod that I thought would be funny while playing a few days ago so I eventually made it and now I'm sharing it with you.
