Work together to summon your Dark Lord into the world, and get enough favour to come out on top at the end! A hidden roles, worker placement, dice rolling game for GGJ17.

A simple yet strategic combination of Hidden Roles, Dice Rolling and Worker Placement that challenges players to cooperate to beat a group goal, while gaining enough Favour to be the ultimate victor.

Set in the 18th century, the community of this rural town come together every 10 years to summon their dark lord into the mortal realm and gain it's blessing... But some can always be blessed more than others, if they gain his favour. Work together as you can, but keep your secrets close to your chest and your eyes on the prize if you want to be the ultimate victor.

Players draw two hidden roles at the start of the game, and choose one of two to keep. Each turn, location cards are drawn from the main deck, and players then take it in turns to place their followers on locations to perform actions and get closer to completing The Summoning. Stockpile coins, recruit more followers, gain favour and obtain powerful relics to succeed. Your cult leader has a secret goal in mind which can gain you extra favour at the end of the game and determine your victory. Keep your role a secret, or reveal it at the perfect time to use your special ability!
