Guv's Kong Rong's Monopoly and Academy Changes Mod

I found that Kong Rong was rather... eh? Like, yes money is all in war, but you could easily nullify the bonuses from trade by just making armies. with 3 armies you essentially made the max monopoly bonus useless. This is bizarre.
Kong rong has weird designs, but that doesn't stop me from making some changes while still clinging on to CA's original design.

• Modifies Kong Rong's unique resource to give more Trade Influence. Trippled at max range.
  
• Modifies Kong Rong's unique building, which replaces Schools, to include character experience bonus again.

New save shouldn't be required, unless event has already passed.
Works with MTU.
