Tainted Lost Starts with Wooden Cross

Description
This mod replaces Tainted Lost's starting Holy Card with a Holy Cross trinket. This means he can take one guaranteed hit per floor before dying, instead of forcing you to rely on RNG giving you another Holy Card if you mess up.

The intent of this mod is to make Tainted Lost *slightly* easier to help people who are struggling with his unlocks, particularly in Greed(ier) Mode, while keeping the original spirit of the character intact.

WHAT THIS MOD DOES:
- Tainted Lost now starts with a Wooden Cross.
- Tainted Lost no longer starts with a Holy Card.
- *Shouldn't* prevent achievements...

WHAT THIS MOD DOES NOT:
- Holy Cards still have their increased spawn rate. I wanted to remove this (as Holy Card and Wooden Cross are treated as the same shield), but couldn't figure out how. It may be hardcoded. Any help would be appreciated.

Fun fact. When using this mod your family "magicaly" disappears from existence. Dont know the reason why it happens.

So, found a teensy tiny little bit of a bug when using this mod
For some reason, it unlocks all the tainted characters, and better yet , it kills you off (no matter what character) when you spawn in

No clue what could be causing this, such a weird and specific issue that it doesn't feel like it'd be a compatibility bug with another mod, especially since, the mod itself does so little, while the errors it causes are so, unrelated
