Vairous voice lines for each ge character when certain event triggered(hurt,death,jump...etc)

You don't need to install the required addon below, if you don't want certain feature.

Character also reacts to time / weather changes.

Time changes(when at 6:00 AM,12:00 PM,18:00 PM,22:00 PM.StormFox 2 required).
-console commands: npc_greet 1 / player_greet 1 to enable and 0 to disable this feature for player or npc.

Weather changes(Windy,Thunder,Rain,Storm,etc.StormFox 2 required)
-console commands:
player_comment_on_weather 1 / 0 to enable / disable player comment on weather changes.
npc_comment_on_weather 1 / 0 to enable / disable npc comment on weather changes.

[Q]:Can you make npc not having hl2 citizen or combine voice?

[Q]:Some characters don't have voice.
[A]:Character voice files are from genshin.honeyhunterworld.com ,
since some character voice files are not released yet,there's nothing I can do about it.

[A]:No.
