I made it a personal project of mine to assemble a list of the most distracting mods I could possibly find on the left 4 dead 2 workshop. Be amazed as you navigate once familiar levels with an unfamiliar cast of characters as they shoot their way through streets adorned in obnoxious colors and grating sound effects while you slowly feel each second scrape by playing what used to be a thrilling yet gloomy first person shooter turned eye melting fever dream.

throughout the process I made sure to be as aware as possible to conflicts so no overlapping replacements could leave dangerous gaps of surviving unedited videogame. To fully be overwhelmed by this experience and not break the game in a way that would deem it unplayable, make sure to check for conflicts that don't directly clash with one another. Some mods may be removed and replaced here and there on my own volition, and I would recommend finding or even creating your own mods as to attune the experience to your personal dislikes; remember, such an experience is not complete if you find one thing that doesn't irritate you.

This collection is not an insult to any work, creator, or creation featured in it; simply something included to fully flesh out and complete the list to create an effective and grating experience.
