Place Gigastructural Engineering & More 3.1 first, Balance Morty second and this mod third in load order!

ATTENTION!
I'm no longer able to keep this compatibility patch up to date. This patch has to change a lot of files from Gigastructural Engineering and their mod receives an update every few days. I'm not able to keep up with that and thus can't guarantee compatibility anymore...
