Description

CS was stupid and refused to update this as I expected so I had to delete the last upload and replace it with this one so sorry.

This is a 61 floor, 227 meter tall building. It is Unique and not based on anything else.
This is a Ploppable Rico office building with 720 offices
The asset uses all 512x1024 textures for the main model and 1024x1024 for the lod textures. There is no color choice textures.

LOD tris: 540
